Narrative Therapy is a non-pathologizing and respectful approach that centers people as the experts in their own lives. It encourages people to honor their inherent skills, competencies and abilities when working to reduce the influence of problems in their lives. I’m Victoria Kachinski, LICSW, psychotherapist and solo practitioner in Wellesley MA. I’m passionate about supporting my clients as they learn to care for their mental health and nervous systems through affirming, somatic, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental practices.
