  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a brain based therapy that helps your nervous system process what it’s ready to process in order to heal deeply from trauma. EMDR can bring new insights, clarity, and adaptive beliefs to help you get unstuck after trauma or chronic stress.

I’m Victoria Kachinski, LICSW, psychotherapist and solo practitioner in Wellesley MA. I’m passionate about supporting my clients as they learn to care for their mental health and nervous systems through affirming, somatic, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental practices.

In our sessions, we’ll work to understand how your past experience of trauma and stress may be causing present day mental and physical disturbance like anxiety, depression, fear, irritability, shut down, and emotional numbness.

I understand that it’s hard to get out of survival mode alone. Throughout the years, I’ve been so lucky to witness my clients overcome their pasts and thrive again after chronic stress and trauma.

I know the same is possible for you.
