Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m passionate about supporting my clients as they learn to care for their mental health and nervous systems through affirming, somatic, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental practices. In our sessions, we work to understand how their history of trauma and stress may be causing present day anxiety, depression, fear, irritability, shut down, and emotional numbness.

After 7 years of practicing as a therapist and through my own lived experience, I understand that it’s hard to get out of survival mode alone. Throughout the years, I’ve been so lucky to witness my clients overcome their past and thrive again after trauma and chronic stress.

In addition to virtual and in-office therapy, I offer walking therapy around the Linden Square area of Wellesley MA. Being surrounded by nature on a walk or park bench during your therapy sessions can help improve the mind-body connection, reduce anxiety, and help you stay present throughout.
