  • Both! I have an office in Wellesley where I offer in-person and walking therapy. I also utilize a HIPAA complaint software for virtual sessions via video.

    As a clinician, I prefer meeting my clients in-person, but the standard of care and efficacy of EMDR and Narrative Therapy are the same for virtual and in-person clients.

  • I am not contracted with insurance companies. As an Out of Network (OON) Provider, I submit your claims for you and you are only required to pay a copay after your OON deductible has been met, similar to in-network services.

  • If you’re feeling persistently sad, hopeless, fatigued, irritable, or disinterested in things you used to enjoy, therapy can help. You don’t need to “have it all figured out” to start. If life feels overwhelming, it’s okay to seek support.
